You need to book and pay far enough in advance that we have 48 hours to prep the system and ship it to you via some form of Ground Shipping. If you are on the West Coast that means we need 7 business days (9 calendar days), if in New York that becomes just 3 business days.
If we have less time than this then there are Rush Fees ($50-$300) and added shipping Costs to bridge the difference between Ground delivery and your deadline.
